How does it work?
It's easy! You call us and then depending on the availability of a support technician you will be asked to run our connection software either within a few minutes or at an appointed time that is mutually convenient. We then resolve the issue and advise you of the cost. (Check out our rates here) That's it - Easy!

In a situation where it is obvious that a remote support session is not going to resolve the problem, for example it may be determined that the internal hard drive is about to fail, then an on-site support call can be arranged or the equipment brought to our workshop for repair.
