Introduction.
Our Ultimate Goal is to protect your system and ensure that it never breaks down. Realistically however, the best that we can probably achieve is to have advanced warning of imminent systems failure, giving us time to backup essential files and develop a strategy for repair/recovery.

We deliver our services to equipment installed behind your firewall, securely, via the Internet, resulting in reduced costs and speedy response times.

The only requirements are that you have a working Internet connection (a dial up connection is OK) and that you have a supported operating system, these are:

Windows Vista - any Edition
Windows XP - any Edition
Windows 2000 - any Service Pack
Windows 98 - Second Edition

How does it work?
Quite simply, you call us and then depending on the availability of a support technician you will be asked to run our connection software either within a few minutes or at an appointed time that is mutually convenient. We then resolve the issue and advise you of the cost. That's it - Easy!

In a situation where it is obvious that a remote support session is not going to resolve the problem, for example it may be determined that the internal hard drive is about to fail, then an on-site support call can be arranged or the equipment brought to our workshop for repair. In this event only 1 unit or $27.50 will be charged to you.(see levels of service below)
Also, every endeavor is made to bring the PC up to its full potential; however an unstable/damaged operating system or missing system/application discs, may negate all best efforts and require a personal visit and further repair.

The Service falls into 2 categories:

1. Ongoing Remote Technical Support
This service is offered at 2 levels:
Pay Per Incident.
At this level all you need to do is call one of the support numbers at the head of this page,supply the office with your credit card details and once these are verified you can run the software previously downloaded from this site or e-mailed to you. At the conclusion of the support session, you will be advised of the total cost including GST and your card will be charge for that amount.
The charges will be made on a 20 minute incremental basis at $66.00 per hour, with a minimum of $33.00. If it is not possible to provide the required support at the time of your phone call a suitable appointment will be made and a technician will call you to initiate the session.

Pre-Payed Units of Hours.
At this level you will need to call our office to purchase units of hours. These will be available in 1, 2, 4, and 10 hour quantities.When you require support all you need to do is call one of the support numbers at the head of this page, supply the office with your details so that we can refer to our records, you will then be asked to run the connection software to start the support session. At the conclusion of the session the technician will advise you of the number of units that have been used. Whilst in credit a monthly account will be e-mailed to you with details of remaining units available and for the 4 and 10 hour unit plans a renewal reminder will be sent when credit falls to 3 units. If it is not possible to provide the required support at the time of your phonecall a suitable appointment will be made and a technician will call you to initiate the session.

2. Preventative Maintenance
This service is designed especially for small businesses and home/office users (SOHO) The benefits to this method of support are that many problems are detected before they have chance to escalate and cause real headaches.
What we do is:
  Check your computer(s) twice every month, ensuring all key features are running and that antivirus and security software are up to date and fully functional and configured correctly.
  Check that your computer's Windows operating system has all the latest patches and updates.
  Check temporary file locations and remove unwanted items.
  Check for signs of imminent hardware or software failure and report our findings. In the event that potential issues are detected a systematic plan of action will be recommended by the technician.

The Cost? Only $27.50 per workstation per month without contracts or hidden extras. Our Preventative Maintenance Plans offer monthly, bi-monthly or annual options. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
